The owner lives a modest life cleaning commercial businesses, construction sites and residences. We have been dedicated to ensuring our clients satisfaction since we made Jacksonville our home in 2003.
The owner launched the business after the global financial crisis of 2007, when she was left supporting her family after the small business she worked at went out of business. She has learned many lessons over the years from her humble beginning. She laughs talking about her first project where she charged $70 to clean a home and spent $40 in cleaning supplies and 12 hours cleaning the house from top-to-bottom, doing all the laundry, folding clothes, etc. She maintained that client until he moved from Jacksonville. Keeping happy, loyal clients has been the rule with Nova Services all these years.
The company's first team consisted of the owner's mother, her son and herself. Since then, she has learned how to grow the business and how to ensure her teams work efficiently and cost-effectively. She has learned what clients really want a cleaning company to rely on, so she personally trains and leads the teams.
Clients comment how friendly our staff is and how the business owners and families we serve love our crews. Even the children often call out excitedly when the Nova Services team arrives. We send crews of three to five people, which means we get in and out of your commercial space, office, construction site as quickly as possible. We return your space squeaky clean so you can focus on your priorities.
